And just like that, school is back in session.
School has been back in session for my kids for almost two weeks now. The plusses? One drop-off, finally! The minuses? Their classroom are at opposite sides of the schools so I don’t get to chat with parent friends as much as I’d like.
The weather has been hot and sticky for West LA. So as much as I’d like to break out my Western jeans I got recently, it’s been a lot of shorts and skirts. Here are some of the outfits I’ve worn so far this school year.

My daughter has clear glitter jellies from Amazon and she wanted to twin that day.
Francoise matching set + my new fave flip flops
Never mind that I need to slather my feet with Aquaphor before wearing these flip flops (they’re just a tad small).
Reformation halter top + COH jean shorts + Salomons
Been trying to find ways to wear these Salomons with things other than long pants due to weather…I default to shorts of some sort. Also, shout out to my husband who said “Salomon tennis shoes have been in for many years.” Maybe he should be writing this blog?
