Bananas à la RZoe

A recurring roundup of what I'm currently obsessed with in the vein of OG celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe, who'd famously declare herself "bananas" for something she loved on her old reality show. Consider this my version of that RZoe energy.

Van Cleef & Arpels Santal Blanc Perfume

I used to wear perfume every day before having children. My faves were Narciso Rodriguez (the one in the black bottle), Chanel Chance and Viktor & Rolf. I stopped wearing it because I heard it can confuse your newborn who needs to smell “you” in order to better breastfeed. While I stopped BF a long time ago, I hadn’t resumed wearing perfume until recently. My first and last stop on my perfume hunt was Bloomingdale's in Century City. I was between this and Gucci Flora and went with this one; it’s the one I was more excited to wear.

Sweetgreen Chicken Avo Ranch Salad

Okay I assume you have your go-to SG order. Mine is usually BBQ Chicken salad. But recently on a styling + social sesh, my friend and client ordered a bunch of SG salads and I decided to try this one. OMG, this salad shouldn’t work for me on many levels (I don’t like apples or BBQ sauce in my salad) but it just did. Leave it to the experts in the kitchen to know what they’re doing when they’re creating menu items. Now I can’t stop thinking about this salad.

Nike Court Slam Mesh Tennis Dress

My tennis journey began about a year ago. If I had known how cute the outfits are, I would have begun taking lessons much earlier. This mesh dress is my current favorite. It’s lightweight with built in shorts in a beautiful color. The only feature it’s missing is a pocket for tennis balls. Which means I usually tuck balls into my crew socks, making it look like I have a weird and concerning growth on my ankle.
